Bangladesh Govt has increased foreign air Travel tax for this FY 2014-15
Which already has been effected from 1st july,2014
This revised FATT/travel tax on air has been circulated as per SRO no-159/Travel/2014
as under below:-
AA. Bangladesh to SAARC countries : BDT1200.00
BB. Bangladesh to AMERICA/EUROPE/AFRICA/AUSTRALIA
NEWZEALAND/CHAINA/JAPAN/HONGKONG/NORTH KOREA
SOUTH KOREA/VIETNAM/LAOS/COMBODIA and TAIWAN : BDT 4000.00
CC. Bangladesh to rest of the countries
other than above mentioned
in AA and BB :- BDT 3000.00
Any air passengers who desire to travel on and after 01jul,2014
from Bangladesh have to pay newly increased travel tax irrespective of
of date of issiung of his ticket
